This order is for a custom trailer hitch cover. No returns or refunds are accepted once production has started. Kempter Kustoms LLC retains the right to decline production of any item it feels necessary. If Kempter Kustoms LLC is unable to make a hitch based on the artwork submitted, a full refund will be given immediately upon notifying the customer. This includes but is not limited to, any image with profanity, vulgar images, etc and especially anything Deadpool! :P

Once the order is submitted please send an email with your image/artwork to customs.kempterkustoms@gmail.com. At the time the artwork is approved it will then be sent to our in-house CAD artist to be converted into CAD. The production process will then start. We do not send proofs to our customers, the design will be exactly what you have sent us. If there is something we can’t do or needs to be simplified, we will then contact you.

Please refrain from contacting us within the allotted time for updates on your order as this takes a member of the team away from production to answer emails - thus slowing the process down.
